Before requesting a refund
If activation or restore is not working, contact us with the purchase email and Dodo payment reference. Do not send payment-card information or publish your license key.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase, product access and applicable consumer law. Approval is not automatic unless required by law or expressly stated during checkout.
Effect on Pro access
A completed full refund or revoked payment disables the associated UIGrab Pro entitlement and license. Local browser storage does not override that backend status.

Use the contact page and include enough information to locate the purchase. Dodo may also provide transaction support through the receipt it issued.
